(Senior) Software Test Manager (m/f/d)

Full Time
You will start first with a short, intensive on-boarding program and will then take on the responsibility for exciting tasks in the area of test management. As a Test Manager (m/f/d), you will then always be the port of call as far as releases or projects are concerned. You will design the right QA measures for the applications in the field of capital markets that you will take care of. In addition to this, you will define targets, requirements and test scenarios for the automisation of tests. Your specifications will then be implemented by an agile QA Scrum team in automated tests.

Your ticket

  • You have an above-average technical degree and multiple years of career experience
  • You have experience in quality assurance for complex software products and ideally are also a Certified Tester
  • You recognise potentials for test automisation, especially for load and performance tests as well as an automated regression test, and are capable of defining these concepts in a way that can be implemented
  • You are familiar with agile development methods such as pair programming, code reviews, continuous integration or test-driven development
  • Your skills in setting up and running test automisation solutions have been proven in real-world application and are up-to-date
  • You are interested in the financial markets as well as financial products and have high abstractive abilities as well as good analytical and conceptual ways of thinking
  • You enjoy working independently and autonomously alongside other teams and have a structured approach to work
  • You have excellent communication abilities. You engage in new topics with enthusiasm and curiosity and use your creativity as well as your expertise when implementing new ideas in a solution-oriented manner
  • You deal with conflict in a constructive way, with the required sensitivity and a consistent manner and thereby show your high degree of empathy
