CRM Specialist (m/f/d) MS Dynamics 365 Sales – UI & Customizing

To strengthen our team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a motivated CRM Specialist (m/f/d) MS Dynamics 365 Sales on a temporary and freelance basis who rethinks our system, rebuilds it, and brings it to life.
As a CRM Specialist (m/f/d) MS Dynamics 365 Sales, you will take on the technical management and reorientation of our MS Dynamics 365 platform, particularly for the Sales module. You will work closely with internal departments to design a user-friendly, high-performance and visually appealing CRM environment – from process design to customisation. In doing so, you will combine technical know-how, UX thinking and consulting expertise to take our CRM system to the next level.

- Independent management, technical leadership and further development of MS Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)
- Rebuilding and restructuring the existing CRM environment with regard to user-friendliness, performance and design
- Developing a consistent, intuitive UI concept together with internal stakeholders
- Implementing customisation ideas and workflow automations – hands-on and practice-oriented
- Analysis and optimisation of existing processes and creation of technical solution concepts and implementation plans
- Development of structured databases for managing contract, customer and commercial information
- Ensuring the quality, documentation and maintainability of the implementation
- Project management in terms of budget, schedule and deliverables

Your ticket:
- Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the MS Dynamics 365 environment (sales).
- Proven experience in UI/UX customizing of Dynamics solutions (e.g. form and dashboard design, Power Apps, unified interface).
- In-depth knowledge of architecture, implementation, integration and database migration.
- A good sense of user experience, design and user acceptance.
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and communication skills – you can translate technical requirements into smart, technically sound solutions
- Very good written and spoken English skills; German skills are desirable
- Experience in the FinTech/CapTech/RegTech environment is an advantage
