For this, we are seeking a talented and experienced Regulatory Reporting Expert, either as a (Senior) Business Analyst (m/f/d) or (Senior) Product Owner (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team and shape the future development of our regulatory reporting solution.

Your responsibilities
- Close cooperation within the Product Management team, with the goal of establishing a culture of innovation and agility in response to regulatory changes.
- Applying and sharing extensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape, including specifically Solvency and CRR regulations and other holdings-related reports.
- Analysis of complex customer requirements and implementation of solutions in collaboration with highly motivated colleagues.
- Clarifying requirements and communicating with internal and external parties to ensure that requirements are properly understood before development begins
- Definition of key workflows, edge cases, acceptance criteria and their clear documentation
- Prioritising work items and communicating with developers
- Supporting the development team, answering questions and defining missing requirements

Your ticket:
- Above-average (university) degree in a technical, scientific or financial subject or a comparable qualification
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position
- Experience in modelling business processes and design techniques
- Practical experience in working with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and willingness to assume responsibility for a sub-module or an entire project
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Team player and enjoy working with other team members
- Good organisational skills and very good time management
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good English language skills, both spoken and written; German language skills are a benefit
