Your responsibilities
As Client Delivery Junior Consultant (m/f/d) you will join a dynamic and international team based in Madrid, which services both large and small cap customers. Your primary responsibility would be to work directly with our capital market clients on a daily basis to deliver successful solutions. We pride ourselves on maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and so we are always seeking more positive and energetic people to join us.
  • Gain a comprehensive overview of the product spectrum of national and international banks building upon any experience you may already have but also learning from your team and also our training
  • Understand our clients’ capital market IT and business processes in order to apply effective digitalization solutions
  • Actively help clients to introduce and use our software solution
  • Develop and automate transaction documents for our clients’ structured OTC and investment products
  • Implement new regulatory requirements in the banking sector 
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as software and financial engineering to deliver a comprehensive service that meets our clients’ needs.

Your ticket:

  • A well-above average degree in business administration, economics or natural science with emphasis in finance or banking
  • Preferably first experience in the field of finance or banking or great interest in financial markets and their products
  • Familiarity with structured or derivative products would be a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Quick learning skills as well as strong analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Flexible thinking and acting as well as an open approach to new and unforeseen challenges
  • Familiarity with XML and JavaScript would be a plus
  • A very good command Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills in French would be desirable, but are not a must-have.
  • A proactive mindset, a desire to go one step further, and strong problem-solving skills would be required.
  • A good sense for reading the room, a broad understanding of how to navigate relationships / dynamics, manage interpersonal tensions, build rapport with clients, etc. would be also a plus
  • And last but not least...a healthy sense of humour
