As a (Senior) Quantitative Developer (m/f/d) you will be part of a successful Quant team offering innovative software solutions for the financial industry. You will work with Microsoft Azure technologies to extend and further improve a web service for financial risk figure computation in a cloud-based architecture ensuring correctness, high performance and adaptation to new customer needs.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Implementation of new customer requirements in our proven capital-market software solution
  • Development of model adjustments reflecting changes in regulations
  • Implementation of new financial product payoffs or extension of existing ones supporting customer product innovations
  • Maintenance and bugfixes for our software
  • Investigation of production issues and second level support

Your ticket:

  • A university degree with above-average masters’ degree in computer science, physics or mathematics
  • At least two years experience working in the financial industry with a focus on structured financial products and / or derivatives
  • A very good understanding of object oriented software development, preferably .NET, C#
  • Interest in using modern software architecture and tools including cloud-computing, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Shell Scripting / PowerShell, SQL, Unit / Regression / Integration Testing
  • Quick learning skills as well as a spirit of innovation and a commitment to quality
  • Very good German AND English language skills, BOTH spoken and written
  • And last but not least…a healthy sense of humour
