Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and technical management of the further development and enhancement of several software products along the capital market process chain
- Management and coordination of professionally and technically complex customer projects in the banking environment
- Disciplinary management of the product and project management team
- Support for existing customers incl. requirements management and proposal preparation Requirements management and proposal preparation
- First point of contact for the customer for the IT project and for the LPA software solutions used by the customer in general
- Planning and maintaining product roadmaps in collaboration with development teams
- Analysing regulatory requirements and deriving functional and technical enhancements
- Creating and monitoring annual budget, expenditure and resource planning
- Creating concept papers, technical specifications, training documents and customer presentations as well as supporting sales meetings
- Working closely with sales, IT, specialist departments and management

Your ticket:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in capital markets, preferably in connection with software products or digital platforms
- Proven experience in agile product development as a product owner, product manager or project manager
- Sound knowledge of OTC derivatives, structured financial products and regulatory requirements
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and in working with clients
- Strong analytical thinking skills, strong conceptual skills and a structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and the ability to convey technical and specialised content to the right audience
- Familiarity with IT project management methods
- Experience of working with banks and financial service providers
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level in both languages)
- Willingness to come to the office on at least 3 days a week
