(Senior) HRIS & Total Rewards Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Frankfurt-based HR team, we are looking to hire you as (Senior) HRIS & Total Rewards Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your mission

You will design and optimize our global HR system landscape and compensation programs - both operationally and strategically. The focus lies on our HRIS (Personio), international HR processes and the harmonization of compensation & benefits in the context of company acquisitions.

Your tasks and responsibilities

HRIS Responsibility & System Management (40%)
  • You take over the administration and further development of Personio - including the management of software settings, access and visibility rights and workflow automation
  • You ensure maximum value contribution through efficient use of the functionalities of Personio as a digital personnel file, integrated talent acquisition system, for the creation and adaptation of document templates, for the setup of workflows as well as for the automation of approvals and tasks via APIs and much more.
  • You ensure that all data is available without errors by correctly specifying the required/ customized structures
  • In addition to Personio, you also manage other vendors in terms of quality and costs and accompany the entire vendor lifecycle for strategic business partnerships
Compensation & Benefits (40%)
  • You are responsible for the consolidation and further development of compensation concepts in various units and countries as well as the development of total rewards concepts
  • You monitor legal requirements and ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • You plan, manage and monitor the budget for compensation and benefits
  • You evaluate employee retention, satisfaction and performance programs, retention, satisfaction and performance programs 
  • You work with teams from other group companies and branches to develop and implement holistic employee programs
HR Business Partnering (20%)
  • You work closely with managers and support our employees in all HR-related matters, including career development and performance management with a focus on data-based decisions
  • You ensure compliance with labour law regulations and internal guidelines and support organizational changes resulting from acquisitions or restructuring to ensure a smooth transition

Your ticket:

  • You have obtained a degree in HR management, economics, psychology or a comparable qualification
  • You possess several years of experience in the use of HRIS systems and their functionalities, including analyses, forecasting and workflows
  • You can demonstrate very good knowledge and extensive experience in using Personio or similar HRIS systems
  • You have gained hands-on experience in the organization of international payroll and benefits management for companies with branches abroad
  • You are familiar with total reward systems and have practical experience in consolidating existing compensation structures
  • You possess a high degree of flexibility, intercultural competence and strategic thinking to meet the challenges of a constantly changing business environment
  • You have solid HR process knowledge, coupled with a strong analytical profile as well as extensive MS Excel expertise to solve complex issues
  • A high numerical affinity with strong analytical and communication skills round off your profile
  • You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
