Finance Assistant (m/f/d) – Part-Time
Key areas of responsibility:
Accounting & financial administration
- Creating and managing outgoing invoices
- Reviewing and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
- Supporting payment processes and dunning procedures
- Processing bank transactions
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
- Supporting budget overviews and forecasts
- Supporting the optimization of financial processes
- Close collaboration with other departments to improve workflows

Your ticket:
- Completed commercial training or a degree in finance or business administration
- At least 2 years of experience in financial accounting or controlling; experience in a consulting or service company is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of accounting and ERP systems such as Datev or Exact
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and high communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in German and English is required
