Junior IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d)
- 1st & 2nd level support
- Network basics: Infrastructure at locations
- M365 administration & testing of configurations & policies + documentation
- Hardware evaluations, as well as hardware and software orders
- Processing & documentation of tickets and knowledge for IT and employees in Jira, Confluence & Azure DevOps
- Asset management & inventories in Jira
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Workplace set-up and dismantling

Your ticket:
- Completed professional training and/or studies with a focus on IT, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience and expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructures
- Initial experience in implementing cloud services
- Initial experience in the areas of networks, identity management and databases in a cloud context
- Independent, solution- and goal-oriented way of working
- Good team and communication skills
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Certifications in the Azure and M365 area are an advantage
