Financial Accountant (m/f/d)
- Booking of daily business transactions (outgoing invoices, allocation of incoming payments, intercompany)
- Preparation of outgoing invoices (monthly and individual) and credit notes
- Master data maintenance and processing of customer enquiries
- Monitoring payment transactions and preparing the payment run
- Account reconciliation of debtors (and creditors) and support in accounts payable accounting
- Contribution to the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Supporting the monthly advance VAT return
- Assumption of special tasks and collaboration in projects, e.g. in the further development of accounting processes and the introduction of an ERP system
- Contact person for auditors and tax consultants
- Assistance in the dunning process

Your ticket:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship, a successfully completed business administration degree, ideally specializing in accounting, or a comparable qualification
- (Additional) training in balance sheet accounting and/or as tax specialist is an advantage
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a corresponding or comparable function, preferably obtained in the services or fintech sector
- Sound knowledge of HGB accounting standards
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial behavior, combined with a strong hands-on mentality and the necessary pragmatism in the implementation of goals and tasks
- High degree of flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Business fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, experience with DATEV is desirable
