Business Controller (m/f/d)

  • Monthly reporting of balance sheet, P&L, cash and KPIs
  • Close cooperation with the business departments and the individual areas of the finance department
  • Support in setting up effective business controlling
  • Analysis and simplification of existing processes and responsibilities
  • Support in the development and review of project calculations and project budgets
  • Monthly reporting (financials & KPIs) with the creation of variance analyses (target/actual) and the recommendation of corrective measures
  • Presentation of results in reports and presentations for management
  • Conceptual-methodical enhancement and support of the company's transformation in processes, systems and structures within the Finance department

Your ticket:

  • Studies in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, or successfully completed commercial training with a focus on controlling 
  • A minimum of 3, but not more than 7-9 years of relevant professional experience in controlling in a company, preferably obtained in project controlling within a software and/or service company
  • Very good communication and analytical skills 
  • Conceptual skills and ideas for the further development of controlling combined with a strong hands-on mentality
  • The ability to present your results and proposals convincingly
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle as a reporting system to implement improvements and support business partners
  • A high degree of resilience in a dynamic and agile business environment
  • Ability to work in a team, accuracy, high social competence and empathy
  • Business fluent in German and very good knowledge of English - both written and spoken
  • Willingness to come to the office on at least 3 days a week
  • A high affinity for Excel and other tools
