Regulatory Reporting Subject Matter Expert (m/f/d) – Asset Management

  • Close cooperation within the Product Management team, with the goal of establishing a culture of innovation and agility in response to regulatory changes.
  • Applying and sharing extensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape, including MiFID/PRIIPs, SFDR, AIFMD, Banking and Institutional Reporting.
  • Acting as part of a cross-functional Regulatory Watch Team that supports all regulatory services for the LPA Services in Structured Products, OTC, with a clear focus on Asset Management.
  • Supporting product strategy, design, and development of existing and new regulatory services as part of normal product development processes.
  • Building and leveraging a network within the asset management industry, including regulatory authorities and industry associations, to anticipate regulatory changes early.
  • Representing LPA in industry forums, showcasing our thought leadership and innovative approaches to regulatory reporting challenges.
  • Proactively researching and analyzing regulatory updates and new frameworks, and translating them into strategic directions for product development and enhancements.

Your ticket:

  • Languages: Fluency/professional proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Professional Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in FinTech, Asset Management, or a related field, with a strong focus on regulatory frameworks (UCITS & AIF) of the asset management industry.
  • Educational Background: A Master's degree in Law, Finance, Asset Management or a related field is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to represent LPA in industry-related discussions and forums.
  • A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to analyzing and implementing regulatory updates and frameworks.
  • The legal right to work in Germany (EU citizenship or valid work permit) as well as the willingness to work regularly in our headquarters in Frankfurt (no remote option)
