Your ticket:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field – ideally with a Master’s, MBA, or PhD.
- Industry Expertise: 3–7 years of experience in financial operations, settlement, collateral management, custody, or post-trade services – you have a deep understanding of market mechanisms and infrastructures.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations like T+1 Settlement, MiFID II, CSDR, or Basel III – you understand their practical implications on operations.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: You are well-versed in automation, AI, blockchain technologies, and their transformative impact on settlement processes.
- Operational Design Skills: Design functional and technical architectures as well as operating models for financial operations – and implementation in practice.
