Your ticket:
- Degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field – ideally with a Master’s, MBA, or PhD.
- Several years of experience in the financial industry, focusing on digital assets, blockchain, or FinTech.
- Digital Assets Expertise: You have a deep understanding of tokenization, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and CBDCs. DLT is more than a buzzword – you know its potential and how to implement it in finance.
- Regulatory Know-how: You’re familiar with MiCA, MiFID II, BaFin, FINMA & Co. and understand how to apply them in practice.
- Architecture & Operating Models: You can design and optimize functional and technical models for digital assets.
