Your responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Guide leading international banks through complex capital markets projects by analyzing business processes, identifying optimization potential, and driving efficiency.
- Business Transformation: Develop forward-looking strategies to strengthen business models, increase revenue, and streamline cost structures.
- Problem Solving: Address high-impact business, quantitative, and regulatory challenges in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your profile
- Degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field – bonus points for a MBA or PhD.
- Industry Expertise: Several years of experience in financial or capital markets with a strong understanding of capital markets products and processes – you bridge the gap between business and technology seamlessly.
- Market Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with trading & sales, front-/back-office processes, or regulatory requirements – bonus points for quantitative expertise.
- Tech Enthusiasm: You’re passionate about innovation and modern technologies. Bonus points for technical skills (optional):
- Curious about AI, blockchain, cloud computing, and cutting-edge financial technologies.
- Proficient in Python or other programming languages – object-oriented programming experience is a plus.
- Skilled in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data warehousing tools like Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
- Experienced in data modeling, ETL tools (e.g., Airflow), big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiar with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Actively experimenting with AI/ML libraries like Scikit-learn or Langchain and exploring Transformer models.
- Fluent in German and English: You can explain complex topics – whether technical or regulatory – in a way that’s easy to understand for various stakeholders.
