HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
As an HR Generalist (m/f/d) you will play a central role in managing HR processes, supporting employee retention initiatives and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and other departments to drive HR projects and contribute to the development of the organization.Key areas of responsibility:
HR operations & administration
- Administration of HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding documents and personnel files
- Assisting with the preparatory payroll process
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Coordination with external service providers (e.g. payroll providers, legal advisors)
- Support in the recruitment process, from job advertisements to the coordination of interviews
- Administration of the applicant management system
- Support for employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
- Support for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participation in the organization of training and development programs
- Promoting employee loyalty through events, surveys and feedback initiatives
- First point of contact for employee enquiries and HR-related topics.
- Participation in HR projects in the area of digital transformation
- Process optimization and organizational development
- Participation in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the Head of Operations with strategic initiatives.
Your profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or completed vocational training in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR position; experience in a consulting or service company is an advantage
- Good knowledge of HR processes, labor law and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask with high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident with MS Office and HR software
- Fluency in German and English is required.
