Recruiter (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
As a Recruiter (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job advertisement and applicant management through to hiring. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and the specialist departments to identify personnel requirements and develop suitable recruitment strategies.Tasks & Responsibilities:
Recruitment process & talent acquisition
- Creation and publication of job advertisements on various platforms
- Active search for suitable candidates (active sourcing)
- Conducting interviews and selecting applicants
- Managing the applicant management system and maintaining the candidate pipeline
Collaboration with specialist departments
- Close coordination with the specialist departments to determine personnel requirements
- Advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies and selection processes
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process
- Continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and creating reports
- Ensuring compliance with data protection and labor law requirements
Employer Branding & Marketing
- Development and implementation of employer branding strategies
- Participation in career fairs and networking events
- Maintaining social media channels and creating content to strengthen the employer brand
Your profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or completed vocational training in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting; relevant experience in a consulting or service company is an advantage
- Experience in active sourcing and with common recruiting tools and platforms
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanour
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes in parallel
- Confident handling of MS Office and applicant management systems
- Fluency in German and English is required.
