(Senior) Manager / (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) Risk
Your responsibilities
- Strategic Consulting: Advise risk departments on strategic, regulatory, and financial matters.
- Regulatory Expertise: Apply complex requirements (e.g., Basel III/IV) in risk controlling.
- Process Optimization: Develop governance structures and control mechanisms for future-proof risk management.
- Model Development: Design and implement risk and valuation models that create real value for our clients.
- Leadership: Inspire teams and lead them to outstanding results.
- Trusted Advisor: Build strong client relationships, position yourself as a risk management expert, and lead workshops or training sessions.
- Innovation Driver: Monitor market trends and technologies and translate them into practical solutions.
Your profile
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field – ideally with a Master’s, MBA, or PhD.
- Several years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on risk management frameworks, models, and processes.
- Regulatory Expertise: Terms like Basel III/IV or MaRisk are part of your daily work.
- Fluent in German and English: You can explain complex topics – whether technical or regulatory – in a way that’s easy to understand for various stakeholders.
- Forward-thinking and solution-oriented: You connect the dots and develop smart solutions for complex challenges. Your entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach set you apart – even when working on-site with clients.
- Affinity for data – experience in data analysis and risk data models is a plus.
