Head of Operations (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
Finance & Controlling- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and manage day-to-day financial operations.
- Work with external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors as needed.
- Assist in refining pricing models and cost structures.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and performance management processes.
- Help foster a positive company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Oversee IT systems and internal technology setup.
- Support implementation of digital tools for workflow and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity policies.
- Identify and implement operational improvements across finance, HR, and IT.
- Help standardize and automate internal processes to drive efficiency.
- Support the CEO in strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations.
- Act as a point of contact for internal operational challenges and solutions.
Your profile
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in an operational role, preferably in finance, HR, or IT.
- Background in business administration, finance, HR, or operations—consulting experience is a plus but not required.
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset—comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where adaptability is key.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in digital transformation and process optimization.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Regular presence in our Frankfurt-based office.
