Quantitative Analytics – (Senior) DevOps Engineer / Market Data Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Operation, maintenance and monitoring of a Microsoft Azure cloud-based service for computing risk figures for structured financial products
- Authoring and maintenance of build, test and deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps for .NET applications deployed in an Azure cloud environment
- Collaboration with the cloud security infrastructure team to ensure secure and compliant operations
- Investigation and resolution of operational failures impacting the service
- Customer support related to operational aspects of the service
- Operation and maintenance of LPA's central market data hub, provisioning various software offerings with financial market data (FX spots & forward curves, volatility surfaces, interest rate curves, cap & swaption volatilities, equity spots & forwards, historical time series, etc.)
- Continuous update of the market data universe, including reacting to de-listings and adding new underlyings based on customer requests
- Technical operation, investigation & resolution of issues with market data feeds from various providers
- Monitoring of market data feeds and ensuring data quality and integrity

Your profile
- A university degree in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences or engineering or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services such as Azure Service Bus, Blob Storage, MS SQL Server, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using tooling such as Git, shell scripting / PowerShell, CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Basic knowledge of software development on the .NET platform, enabling you to read and debug C# code for troubleshooting
- Prior exposure to financial market data and structured financial products is a plus, but not mandatory; a strong motivation to learn about these topics is critical
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
