(Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d) Structured Products

Your responsibilities

Capmatix is an innovative software solution with core functions of document creation, workflow automation and financial engineering for the issuance of cross-asset certificates and structured products (equity, fixed income, credit, crypto, etc.). With the introduction of the PRIIPs Regulation, LPA has become the European market leader for automated creation of regulatory documents as part of the structured product issuance process and Capmatix has evolved over the years as centralised software framework that can be seamlessly embedded into any issuer's existing IT system landscape and meets the requirements of European and local regulators. This highly configurable SaaS platform can be extended with additional functions such as a connectivity hub with connections to exchanges, local regulators or data hubs, artificial intelligence, e.g. for automated document translation and document databases. 
 
  • You manage and expand your own network of clients in the field of structured (retail) products automation solutions.
  • You are responsible for selling our Capmatix software solution for automating the issuance process for structured (retail) products and for digitising pre-trade to post-trade documentation.
  • You are responsible for the entire sales process from acquisition to contract conclusion.
  • You possess a deep understanding of the relevant capital markets sector and regulatory requirements.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You have the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way.
  • You will raise our profile in the market and identify new clients.
  • You are responsible for P/L and have both costs and sales planning under control.

Your profile

  • You will fit in perfectly with us if you are familiar with the market for asset management, fund providers (issuers & distributors) and fund administrators.
  • You have experience in acquiring new customers and know how to convince customers.
  • You are communicative, open-minded and have good negotiating skills.
  • You are able to understand complex issues and design customised solutions to improve the customer's status quo.
  • Networking via social media, at trade fairs and in industry-specific networking forums - people know and love you everywhere.
  • You have eight to ten years of experience in sales, are keen to try something new and enjoy travelling and being on site with customers.
