HR Services Coordinator (m/f/d) – Part-time
Your responsibilities
Welcome to LPA, an aspiring fintech company in Frankfurt am Main! We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Services Coordinator (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) to strengthen the central HR team. If you have an eye and heart for detail, like to work in a focused way on a wide range of topics and have a real "can do" mindset, then this is the right place for you. Your tasks cover the entire range of administrative HR management, from payroll issues to international secondments and HR projects.- Preparation of payroll in Germany and other European locations in cooperation with our local payroll agencies
- Master data administration, employer's references, certification services
- Reporting, management of key data dashboards and HR system support (we work with PERSONIO)
- Organisation of in-house training, secondments to Switzerland and visa applications for non-EU citizens
- Maintenance and further development of an interactive HR intranet page
Your profile
- 2-3 years' experience in an administrative HR function incl. payroll expertise
- Organisational and communication skills combined with team spirit
- Fluent German, very good English skills
- Self-initiative and willingness to assume responsibility
