Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Candidate sourcing: Utilize social media, job boards, headhunting, and other approaches for candidate search
  • Networking: You and the hiring managers build relationships with potential candidates, universities, industry experts, and other relevant partners
  • Candidate assessment: Analyze resumes, conduct interviews, and objectively evaluate candidates
  • Candidate engagement and negotiation: Convince candidates and negotiate offers to satisfy both candidates and LPA
  • Positive candidate experience: Strengthen our reputation and build long-term relationships with candidates
  • Talent acquisition trends: Identify trends and evolve our recruiting strategy

Your profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, e.g., as an in-house recruiter or with a recruiting outsourcing service provider
  • Technology-savvy: Familiarity with HR software, ATS, and other technologies for optimizing the recruitment process
  • Organizational and communication skills combined with a team spirit
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Dynamic personality with a willingness to take responsibility
  • Knowledge of the financial and technology sectors is advantageous, or you are willing to quickly learn in this area
