Team Lead (m/f/d) Business Analyse & Support

Your responsibilities

You are as Product Owner Business Analysis & Support embedded in a large team of experienced consultants and software developers at our location in Frankfurt and become the central contact for our innovative, digital solutions in the capital market sector, especially for our demanding customers. 
You work as a generalist at the interface of banking and technology. Among other things, you will take on the following tasks:
  • Responsibility for the smooth running of our operational support operations
  • Disciplinary leadership of the Business Analysis & Support Team (L1/L2)
  • Agile project management according to Scrum / Kanban
  • Accompaniment of major projects at our customers and ensuring a smooth project flow and transition to operation
  • Solution-oriented, professional and technical support for our banking customers
  • Analysis and resolution of incoming product-specific customer questions about client applications and coordination of service review meetings incl. SLA/KPI's
  • You are the central point of contact between international customers and internal departments for finding solutions quickly
  • Support and coordination of the implementation of software features and projects
  • Participation in international project meetings
  • Capacity and employee deployment planning as well as conducting employee appraisals
  • Supporting the team in the further development of technical excellence

Your profile

  • A successfully completed degree in the field of computer science, natural sciences or economics
  • Extensive experience in project management and a very good understanding of project workflows and processes
  • Experience in the implementation of (agile) IT projects in the banking environment
  • Understanding the mechanisms of complex financial instruments
     Very good time management and a high awareness of deadlines and criticality
  • High level of abstraction as well as good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with representatives of different departments and in communicating complex issues
  • Interest in financial markets and products
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • And last but not least: humour
