Using appropriate technical and organizational measures we ensure that your data is protected against loss, erroneous changes and unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are regularly updated to the technological developments and aligned to the relevant status of technology.
Most cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. These are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser when you next visit us.
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are saved on your computer and which enable an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie is, as a rule, transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. Based on the activation of the IP anonymization on this website, however, your IP address is abbreviated beforehand by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Google will use this information in our name to prepare reports for us on the activities on our website and to provide further services related to the website and for internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties as to the extent that this is legally required or third parties process this data on behalf of Google. The IP address transferred from your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data. You can avoid the saving of cookies using appropriate settings in your browser-software; however, we point out to you that, in this case, you may not be able to fully use all functions of the website. By using this website, you are declaring your consent to the processing of the data by Google, as collected in the way described above and for the previously named purpose.
You may, additionally, be able to prevent the recording of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link:(http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) .
The plugin “Google+” (Google Plus) is integrated in our website. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
On visiting our website your browser makes direct contact with the Google servers, whereby the content of the plugin is transferred to your browser and linked from this to the website shown. As a result, the information that you have visited our website is passed on to Google.
Where you are logged into your personal user account with Google Plus or Google during your visit to our website, Google can assign your visit to our website to this account. Through interaction with plugins, e.g. by clicking the button or leaving a comment, the relevant information is transferred directly to Google and saved there. Google saves both the information that you have given +1 in terms of content, as well as information on the page that you have looked at by clicking on +1. Your +1 can be shown as indicators together with your profile names and your photo in Google services, such as in search results or in your Google profile, or in other places on websites and adverts in the Internet.
Google records information via your +1 activities to improve the Google services for you and others. To utilize the Google+ button, you need a worldwide, visible, public Google profile which must at least include the name selected for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name can replace another name which you have used in the separation of content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be shown to users who know your Email address or have access to other identifiable information from you.
In addition to the application purposes outlined above, the information provided by you is used in accordance with the applicable Google data protection conditions. Google may possibly publish summarized statistics on the +1 activities of the users or passes these to users and partners such as publishers, advertisers or related websites.
We have no influence on the scope and content of the data that Google collects with its button. We assume that it also collects and transfers your IP address. You can inform yourself of the purpose, scope and use of data collection by Google on Google‘s data protection information. This website you will find under the address http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html
