Diese \u00c4nderungen betreffen insbesondere Fondsmanager, Asset Manager und Compliance-Verantwortliche, die&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.l-p-a.com\/de\/solution\/sfdr\/\">ESG- und Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;in ihren Produkten und Prozessen implementieren m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Von neuen Leitlinien zu Fondsnamen bis hin zu erweiterten Offenlegungspflichten f\u00fcr nicht-finanzielle Unternehmen \u2013 die kommenden Regelungen werden ma\u00dfgeblich dazu beitragen, Transparenz und Konformit\u00e4t im Bereich der nachhaltigen Finanzprodukte zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
