Start as an Office Manager (m/f/d) in a friendly team at our location in Zurich and support us with versatile and varied tasks in the office and everyday work. You will be the first point of contact for all office issues on site and ensure that our team in Zurich has a productive and inspiring working environment. We are looking for you for a part-time position, e.g. 50%. 

Your responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all office issues at the Zurich location, from ordering consumables and office materials, office design to other administrative tasks
  • Management of external office service providers
  • Responsibility for incoming and outgoing mail and support in the preparation of contracts and other documents
  • Planning and organising internal and external events and workshops, such as customer events
  • Assistance tasks and support for our Swiss partners
  • Management of business trips, including booking, preparation and invoicing  
  • Organising the onboarding of new employees at the Zurich location
  • Close cooperation with other colleagues from other departments, also across locations and countries

Your ticket

  • Completed commercial training or comparable studies    
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in office management, team assistance or in a comparable position  
  • Strong organisational skills  
  • Outstanding social competence and team and communication skills   
  • Very good knowledge of German and English  
  • Routine in the use of the entire MS Office package  
  • And last but not least...a sense of humour
