Intern / Working Student (m/f/d) - Quantitative Finance Analyst

Join us as an Intern or Working Student "Quantitative Finance Analyst" at our Headquarter in Frankfurt am Main and support the development and quality control of an innovative AI-based FX-hedging solution.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for supporting the development and quality control of an innovative FX-hedging solution called "HedgePilot": an AI-based tool that helps corporate treasurers to manage their foreign exchange exposure
  • Work closely together with our senior development team
  • Run extensive quantitative backtesting and analytics for various solutions
  • Analyse current capital markets issues and trends

Your ticket

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree  in Mathematics or Financial Mathematics or a similar field, with above average success 
  • Python programming skills
  • Analytical skills – able to analyse and present results and flexible thinking and acting
  • An independent and proactive work style and team spirit
  • Excellent command of German and English
  • A healthy sense of humour
Nice to have
  • Understanding of financial markets and the concept of currency hedging
  • Experience with Cloud, preferably also with Docker and Kubernetes

You are available for 2-6 months for an internship or at least 6 months and more as a working student (please specify the exact period including start date in the cover letter).
