Join us as HR Manager - Recruitment and become part of our team at our headquarter in the heart of Frankfurt. You will be responsible for handling the entire recruiting process and approach for several of our teams, also hiring for several of our international locations, as well as working on initiatives to boost our employer marketing and other strategic HR and recruitment initiatives. LPA is a growing international company, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire applicant management and recruitment process, from sourcing all the way to contract preparation for defined teams and locations
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, from classic job advertisements, job fairs to active sourcing
  • Making sure that all candidates have „positive Candidate experience“ 
  • Acting as a first point of contact and advisor for the assigned areas for all recruitment needs and questions
  • Taking care of our university recruitment marketing
  • Preparation of HR / Recruitment KPI reports to analyze recruitment our performance and effectiveness
  • Continuously working on improving our recruitment processes and tools
  • Working on employer marketing initiatives and other special HR projects together with your team

Your ticket

  • A successfully completed business management degree, preferably with a focus on HR or comparable qualifications
  • First professional recruitment experience as Inhouse Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant or similar, or alternatively extensive internship and working student experience in recruitment
  • Your recruitment experience has been gathered in technology, Financial Services or Professional Services companies
  • Independent, creative and professional approach to work
  • Excellent social skills and strong team and communication skills
  • High level of flexibility and sense of responsibility
  • Business-fluent German and English language skills are a must
