We are looking for... Candidates (m/f/d) who interact professionally with (potential) customers through a variety of communication channels and have the necessary intuition to identify customers' needs with the aim of building a positive business relationship on this basis. Our new Sales Team Member (m/f/d) will work closely with colleagues from Sales and Marketing to achieve this goal. As a " go-getter" at LPA, you will have the chance to contribute creative approaches and ideas.
Your responsibilities
- You qualify and generate new sales leads to support our account managers
- You evaluate and analyse current processes as well as the needs of our target customers
- You are responsible for initiating and maintaining business relationships via telephone, email, social media and other communication channels
- You are responsible for the creation, structuring and implementation of sales campaigns
- You evaluate sales activities and manage data of new and potential customers
Your ticket
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree and ideally have some experience in telemarketing and / or inside sales
- You are characterised by a sense for customer needs, persistence and determination
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of European languages such as Spanish or French is a plus.
- You are proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office product range (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
