Verifino is a technology joint venture of LPA (Frankfurt) and Finance Active (Paris) and. As such, Verifino is well equipped with tech expertise and strong customer relationships. Verifino helps banks and the public sector with software to keep track of debt management and to react to liquidity and interest rate risks at an early stage.

Join the Verifino team as part-time Office Manager and Team Assistant (m/f/d) for 20h/week in Frankfurt am Main. Enjoy the benefits of a job that is rich in variety and gives exciting insights. Support the management team in the finance and HR department and take over the office organization as “Verifino’s good soul”.  

Your responsibilities

  • Support the management and the team with administrative tasks
  • Organization of outgoing and incoming invoices including payment transactions
  • Coordination of monthly management analysis with the accounting department
  • Provision of analyses and forecasts for the management
  • Support in recruiting as well as onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Coordination with payroll department and organization of employment contracts
  • Pro-active organization of team and customer events
  • General office organization incl. mail, office equipment, purchasing and coordination of minor IT issues with our IT partner

Your ticket

  • Completed commercial job training or completed commercial studies
  • Relevant professional experience as an office manager, assistant or a comparable position, for example in the areas of accounting, controlling, finance or human resources
  • Expertise in the areas of accounting and human resources management is an advantage
  • Routine in handling the MS Office applications, i.e. PowerPoint and Excel
  • Sense of responsibility and organizational talent
  • Quick perception and a high degree of flexibility
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • A good sense of humor would also be great
