After we receive your application, you will shortly thereafter receive a brief confirmation from us. We are interested in every single application. After approximately a week, perhaps even sooner, you will, in the best case, be invited to one of our "Interview Days".
This consists of an analytical assessment and, as a general rule, 2 interviews with 2 LPA colleagues from the respective targeted department of the candidate. Provided that you impress us in the analytical section as well as the interviews, you will receive an offer within a few days.
